OLRC Office Hours

OLRC Office Hours provide 1:1 virtual support with a Subject Matter Expert to help individuals prepare for employment, including resume and cover letter support, mock interviews, navigating conversations about recovery or employment gaps, and general job-seeking guidance.

These Office Hours are intentionally structured to promote equitable access, particularly for individuals who may experience barriers to services, limited workforce resources, or disproportionate access to employment support. By setting clear scheduling expectations, we aim to ensure that as many participants as possible, especially those who may not otherwise have access to individualized supporthave the opportunity to benefit from this service.

Appointments are supportive and designed to meet participants where they are in their workforce journey. OLRC Office Hours do not guarantee job placement, but they do provide job-readiness and support before applying for a position.
