Creating a Cohesive Harm Reduction Collaborative ECHO

Join us for a six-session ECHO series designed to strengthen harm reduction, overdose prevention, and direct intervention outreach efforts across Illinois. Using the ECHO “all teach, all learn” model, participants engage in real-time learning with experts and peers through presentations, case discussions, and practical problem-solving. This series highlights how the West Side Heroin/Opioid Task Force (WSHOTF) built a community-rooted harm reduction model centered on continuous quality improvement, collaboration, and lived expertise.

OLRC Success Labs

Interactive virtual learning events that provide a safe, supportive, and accessible space for professional growth. By reducing barriers such as transportation, geography, and limited access to experts, these sessions expand opportunities for underserved and underrepresented populations. Participants build workplace skills through practical, hands-on learning and peer connection in small breakout groups. Grounded in choice, respect, and collaboration, the experience fosters confidence, transferable skills, and supportive networks.

Solutions Forum

The OLRC Solutions Forum is a recurring virtual space that supports Illinois communities through collaborative problem-solving, shared learning, and practical technical assistance. It offers a low-barrier environment where partners can bring real challenges, exchange ideas, and receive guidance from OLRC staff and experts—strengthening local capacity and statewide connections across prevention, harm reduction, and behavioral health.
