- Carle Health hosts positions for Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS), Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselors (CADC), and master's-level professionals, creating new career pathways and addressing workforce shortages.
- Southern Illinois University’s Peer Specialist Training Program (PSTP) annually prepares up to 40 individuals for CPRS and Certified Recovery Support Specialists (CRSS) certifications. Additionally, SIU collaborates on the CADC training program, ensuring a pipeline of certified professionals.
